The house has four bedrooms, lounge and well equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition to 2 family bathrooms there is a further wc. With an acre of terraced garden and swimming pool (11 metres x 5 metres) overlooking the valley, relaxing on the spacious vine covered terrace is truly delightful. The extensive lawned garden also has an orchard. There is a swing / climbing frame for children.
The sleeping accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and is apart on the lower floor, and a twin bedroom, suitable for children as it is connected to one of the double bedrooms. For a better idea of the layout - see the floor plan.
Comfortable and well furnished, the house is centrally heated throughout and has two wood burning stoves in the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with an electric fan oven plus gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. Satellite TV is installed – 5 French channels. UK Radio 4 is receivable on a portable radio. We are unable to accept pets
