The swimming pool is for exclusive use of residents and is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. There is a large paved area around the pool for sunbathing and guests are welcome to use the beach mats provided. Access to this and the four tennis courts is by magnetic card. The swimming pool is not supervised. There is a well organised booking system for the courts.

| THE AREA
Frejus is situated mid way between Cannes and St. Tropez and adjacent to St. Raphael. The old town is a typical bustling french town with excellent shops and restaurants. There is a wide variety of restaurants including traditional french, chinese, north african, italian and of course seafood. The town centre is about a mile and a half from the sea where you will find a beautiful sandy beach and marina and again, a wide choice of places to eat. There are many places of interest within the town and in the surrounding area - of particular interest are the Roman Amphitheatre, Aqueduct and Archeological Museum.
For those interested in more activity there are windsurfing and sailing schools and a number of diving establishments. At the Base Nature there is a municiple swimming pool, cycle tracks and marked walking trails. There are also many walking and mountain biking trails through the Esterel Hills close by .
There are markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the town centre and a Sunday market which runs the whole length of the promenade at Frejus-plage. The town has excellent butchers, fresh pasta shops, bread and cake shops and specialist chocolate shops. It is also well-served by major supermarkets like Geant Casino, Carrefour and Intermarche (all accessible by local bus) and there are small supermarkets (Petit Casino) nearby.
With excellent road and rail connections, Frejus is well situated for visiting the towns and attractions of the Cote d'Azur and inland areas. Having a car will enable you to go farther afield and inland but is not essential for visiting the coastal areas. It is possible to go by train as far as Vengtimiglia (Italian border) in one direction and Marseille in the other. Some trains stop at every station along these routes, others stop only at main stations such as Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo. There is a ferry service from St. Raphael to St. Tropez and a frequent bus service from Frejus to St. Tropez (via Grimaud and Cogolin) both of which take about an hour. There are also frequent buses to Draguinan.

| BOOKING CONDITIONS
All prices shown are per week from Saturday to Saturday – the apartment must be vacated by 12 mid-day on day of departure. (Other start days may be possible depending on booking schedule)
Two week lets preferred July/August
A deposit of 20% of total cost of full rental period is required at time of booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Cheques in Sterling or Euros accepted.
Electricity and water are included.
Use of garage is at clients' own risk.
Bed Linen and towels are not provided but are available for hire. £8 per set of bed-linen (a pair of sheets and 4 pillowcases and £4 per person per set of towels (one bath towel and one hand towel)
Non-smoking adults only – regret no children or pets.
A security deposit of £100/140€ is payable with the balance (by separate cheque) which will be refunded in full unless damage has been found in the apartment.
The apartment is let on a 'Leave as found' basis and cleaning is not included in the price. An amount of £20/28€ will be deducted from the security deposit if cleaning is necessary.
Changeovers are managed by our agent – contact details will be given once final balance has been paid.
