With two separate kitchens and dinning areas, three lounge areas and ample sleeping accommodation this villa is ideal for sharing families. Each floor also boasts its own bathroom facilities. Each bedroom offers comfortable surroundings and ample storage facilities. First and second floor bedrooms have full length patio doors leading to private balconies offering wonderful views of the Kalkan bay. During the summer months air-conditioning guarantees a peaceful nights rest. Villa Nena boasts three lounge areas and two cooking / kitchen facilities. Washing machine and dishwasher are also provided on the ground floor. The upper "Turkish" lounge can also double up as additional sleeping accommodation increasing capacity to 12 people. Villa Calista is a new (Jan 2006) 2 bedroomed property, the last to be built in an exclusive complex of houses. It is situated in the popular, centrally situated Universal Area with easy access to tourist attractions, shops and beaches. Building operations on the complex have come to an end so you should be able to enjoy a fairly quiet holiday. The complex has a large communal pool which is situated close enough for convenience, yet far enough from the house not to have to put up with the noise of children playing in the pool. The house is on stilts with private parking available under the house. There are also shower and toilet facilities under the house for use before and after swimming or to clean up after beach trips. The house is tastefully furnished to a high standard with air conditioners in both bedrooms as well as in the living area. The kitchen is fully fitted and we have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that you have everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Our property manager owns 3 houses in the complex so she has a vested interest in the complex. She lives in a similar complex only one block away and is always available to assist you should you require any assistance with regard to the accommodation.
