Villa Calista is a new (Jan 2006) 2 bedroomed property, the last to be built in an exclusive complex of houses. It is situated in the popular, centrally situated Universal Area with easy access to tourist attractions, shops and beaches. Building operations on the complex have come to an end so you should be able to enjoy a fairly quiet holiday. The complex has a large communal pool which is situated close enough for convenience, yet far enough from the house not to have to put up with the noise of children playing in the pool. The house is on stilts with private parking available under the house. There are also shower and toilet facilities under the house for use before and after swimming or to clean up after beach trips. The house is tastefully furnished to a high standard with air conditioners in both bedrooms as well as in the living area. The kitchen is fully fitted and we have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that you have everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
